Bit of a different day today!
Did some first aid video filming to go alongside our A dogs life essentials first aid kit, this was a little daunting for me, but we managed it!
This first aid kit and video will soon be available to purchase directly through A Dogs Life - Shop, so if you’re interested please contact John to order one. It contains all the essential items you might need if your dog were to injure themselves, remove ticks etc and also gives you the guidance to perform canine CPR amongst some other tips for preventing heat stroke and hypothermia etc.

Then we had a slow sniffy walk for Jas in the sunshine ☺️

Forgot my phone for my first 4 doggies today… brain clearly still in holiday mode 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😂

But we’ve had a fab day, despite one spaniel bringing me a decapitated pigeon, crazy traffic and a bit of rain 🙌

Obviously not totally dog walking related since I’ve been away all week, but we have had the absolute best weeks holiday , the dogs are exhausted, the kids are exhausted and we have been super lucky with the weather in such a beautiful location! Looking forward to seeing all my beautiful pups next week 👌👌🥰

Few mishaps like accidentally tying the dogs close to a red ants nest and Ivy limping for 3 hours 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ and olive escaping the enclosed field in pursuit of a bunny 🐇 but other than that it’s been awesome 😂🥰

My van has hopefully been fixed today so fingers crossed for normal service tomorrow!!!!******

**Update regarding tomorrow’s Walkies**

My van is in the garage hopefully being looked at tomorrow which means I will not have a van tomorrow, I am hoping I will get a courtesy vehicle through my breakdown cover this afternoo but annoyingly this doesn’t allow me to transport dogs in the vehicle due to insurance, so if I do get a vehicle tomorrows walks will be a little different…

It will be…

my usual 4 morning fowey dogs Cate Cokell Katy Cokell-Kent

followed by my 3 tywardreath dogs

and then lastly back to fowey for my remaining pups ( except black lab willow who is unfortunately out of area, we can change her to another day!)

it will be door to door walking collections and drop offs!

because of this timings might vary a bit from my usual collection times, so please bare with me…. especially since I also have the kids tomorrow….😂🤦‍♀️

No pup photos today due to being at a dogs life shop this morning with my little helpy helpers and then a home visit for some doggos and cancelled walks this afternoon due to the heat!

Just had my second months worth of Bella and duke raw food delivered, still totally frozen despite being a hot day!

Stayed cool in some shady places today… bonus points as we managed to avoid other people which is always a goal of mine 😂😂

Now my poorly van has gone to the garage, let’s all keep our fingers crossed that the yellow mystery machine is an inexpensive fix….
