✨1 WHOLE YEAR OF THE PAWFECTIONIST✨

I can’t believe i’m typing this! (I also can’t keep the tears in😂)

I have the best bunch of crazy amazing people to thank for bringing their bloody fabulous furry babies to me!
I wouldn’t be here without you, and I will be forever grateful, I couldn’t put it into words even if I tried of how much it actually means to me. To have you all love what i do makes me burst with joy.

If someone said to me 2 years ago you’re going to have a business doing what you love, I would’ve quite honestly laughed at them. But sat here today with it HAPPENING is honestly a dream come true.

From waggy tails to bites and scratches, tears and laughter, happiness, stress, and everything in between, I have loved every second.
So thankyou, from the bottom of my heart.
Hopefully there’s many more years to come!

Handsome Cooper, rocking his cookie monster before and more tame after😂 Such a dream to groom and his coat is just to die for! Kept him longer but at a manageable length and uncovered those gorgeous eyes. Well done Cooper🐾❤️

The most handsome boy Rio, turning a puppy into a teenager in just one cut! 🥰 He was a little knotty in some places, but we faced it head on and look at that for a transformation! Well done Rio 🐾❤️

Gorgeous girl Poppy on my table for a good spruce up ❤️
Kept her ears, tail and top knot longer and took all the rest off to uncover the most gorgeous glossy coat! She was so happy with her new look, well done Poppy🐾❤️

All off for beautiful Betty 🥰 She’s a new member of the big, crazy Pawfectionist family and she was such a sweet girl!
Mum said take it short, so it’s much easier to maintain and she looked like a different dog when we were done! Well done Betty🐾❤️

Here he is, the gorgeous, fiery Milo🥰 Now Milo has a hard time accepting the grooming process, us groomers become his worst enemy when he gets on the table. To keep him comfortable I take him nice and short. No muzzle, just lots and lots of reassurance, breaks and only using the clippers to take the bulk off (as clippers are not his favourite thing in the world either)

I will always do my absolute best when it comes to dogs not liking the process, I will tailor the experience to make their time here as comfortable as possible. If you are wanting to get your dog groomed, but worried of their reaction please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Even just for advice, I will always be here.

So here he is, in all his glory! Looking all fresh and happy. The best outcome of a groom i’d say! Well done gorgeous boy🐾❤️

Ringo yesterday making light work of looking SO handsome! Little shorter than planned due to a few knots but still looking gorgeous. Such a sweet boy and an absolute pleasure to groom 🥰 I love my job! Well done Ringo🐾❤️

The Boys are back, Brian and Dave 🥰 In for their usual, short with a cute cheeky chappy face to suit! Never fail to cheer me up, the best little personalities always keeping me on my toes! Well done you two🐾❤️

What a transformation for handsome Buddy! An all off look for easy maintainance with it being so muddy at the moment, he’s become less of a sponge to it now!😂 Either way he’s gorgeous but he was such a happy boy when we were done! Well done Buddy🐾❤️

Picking a dog groomer for your fur baby can be hard and there’s a few things to consider when doing so, which will help you to be confident that they will meet your dogs needs.

I qualified as a dog groomer in 2016 and i’m certified in dog first aid and emergency canine care.
I am open to any questions that you may have as i believe having a good rapport with your groomer is of the upmost importance.
I cater to all breeds, temperaments and health issues.

Handsome boy Smokey, from puppy to full on teenager!! He was a little knotty due to that STUNNING adult coat coming through nice and strong but we persevered and i kept him as long as i could 🥳 He is honestly the sweetest boy, so obviously that deserves a pretty sweet haircut! Well done Smokey 🐾❤️

Oh so gorgeous Cleo 🥰 In for a good spruce up after all her Christmas antics! Cleared her face so we could see those little eyes once again, made sure she was nice and manageable and she was good to go! Well done Cleo 🐾❤️

The newest Pawfectionist team member, Denzel 🥰 A very handsome boy with hair that was made of dreams! A good tidy, a little shorter on the body and trimmed the face nice and neat. Well done Denzel 🐾❤️

The most gorgeous model Maggy, with hair that is an utter dream to work with! Easily maintainable but still got the cute factor, of course 🥰 The little teddy face just melts me, Well done Maggy 🐾❤️

Ted and Ollie, the most beautiful boys and the best models for this post! They had a good pamper and a much needed de-shed. Obviously, being the men of the moment they were perfect on the table, well done boys🐾❤️

So whilest on the topic of de-shedding, I wanted to share with you some of the benefits this can have on your dog and your home!

- Stops excessive shedding and aids the natural shedding process. This means those tumble weeds of hair in the house will be much smaller or even disappear😂
Regular de-sheds will help significantly reduce excess hair around the house. So if you want to give the poor hoover a break, you know what to do!

- Draws out the natural oils in the skin and coat and keeps their fur in tip top condition! Soft, healthy, shiny coats is what every dog owner wants for their fur baby. They’ll be the best looking on their daily Helsby hill walk and the old Frodsham golf course walkers will be asking for your secret✨

- Prevents painful matting and skin conditions. Removing excess hair will allow for better air circulation throughout the coat preventing skin irritations and even hotspots!
De-shedding won’t take all of the undercoat out but will make sure your dog is protected from unexplained, painful matts.

- It will help me (and you) become familiar with your dogs skin and coat. Regular appointments or home grooming will help massively in spotting things that seem a little different. Catching things like bumps and lumps early might just save your dogs life!

Having a healthy coat is fundamental in having a happy, healthy pup so keep it up guys ❤️
