Store/Warehouse Assistant Required

You will at the front of our store and entirely customer facing.

It is the unique customer experience that sets us apart from the competition to ensure customer loyalty for our great brands.

Our business can be fast-paced, and fun with our employees that make the difference.

Our customer service is critical to the success of our business and are responsible for exceeding our customer’s expectations daily; whilst also ensuring the highest standard of pet careand building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.

You will be required to carry 20kg bags to customers cars and load their cars for them as well as putting away deliveries in the shop and warehouse.

You will also be required to work on the till and answering the shop phone.
(training provided)

The candidate we are looking for is;

•Passionate about delivering great service
•Hard working forward thinking motivated individual who works off his/her initative
•Flexible to work a minimum of 16hours per week and if needed to cover holidays
•Experienced in a customer-facing environment(not essential but will help)
•Ready to take on 12 months of training covering all the key aspects of the role, handling and caring for Pets and larger animals, Customer Service and Health and Safety.
•Forklift licence (not essential as training will be given) In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive staff discount across all our range with inhouse training provided.
