Just a few things I wanted to say before the Christmas rush begins.

Please be on time for your appointment, this is really important. I'm back to back the whole month of December working earlier mornings and later evenings and weekends all month!
If you are late I may not be able to do your dog.

Please pick up your dog as soon as you get the call to come and collect as it is so busy we want to keep dogs as safe as possible in their own space.

If you don't show up or cancel within 24 hours then I will have to charge the missed groom price before I can book your dog back in. I could fill these slots 10 times over just now but trying to find someone to come on the day is very hard and leaves me out of pocket. I totally understand that sometimes things just happen but I have never implemented this before and after the last few months of many many no shows or last minute cancellations for all of us in the shop we just need to be a wee bit stricter on things.

If you need to change your appointment please let me know as soon as you can and I will try my best to accommodate.

Please be kind Christmas in the shop is madness, we'll be living on a diet of caffeine and cadburys. 😂
