Tick and flea season is in full swing! 🕷️ To keep all our furry clients safe and happy, please ensure your pets’ flea and tick treatments are up to date with vet prescribed treatments before their grooming appointments.

Unfortunately, due to two recent incidents of infestations, we may have to refuse service to any dogs presenting with fleas. This is to prevent the need for time-consuming and costly deep cleaning and sanitising of the salon.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and safe environment for all our four-legged friends! 🐾

Heidi and Charlie look absolutely adorable in their bandanas after their spa treatment at Bark&Bath! They enjoyed a luxurious facial treatment, a moisturising and soothing paw and nose balm and mum took home a little perfume sample to keep them smelling gorgeous. Such a cute pair!

Over the last couple of months we have encountered a high level of last-minute cancellations that seriously impact our business.
Going forward we will be applying the cancellation charges for all last-minute cancellations that cannot be filled from our cancellation list i.e. 48hrs notice - half the cost of the groom, 24hrs notice full cost of the groom.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and whilst we will make every effort to fill cancellation slots from our waiting list to avoid applying the charges this is not always possible.

Thats us finished up for a short break and we'll be back on Wednesday 3rd January and will respond to any quieries then 😊

We can't thank you enough for your generostity. Again, we were spoiled with cards, wine, all sorts of sweet treats and tips. The food certaintly fuelled us through this busy period and even though we all took something for ourself, we also donated the remining items to a homeless charity in Renfrew... or we'd be cancelling your appointment in January as we wouldnt be able to fit through the door ☺️

We really do wish Santa has given you and your family a special day. Merry Christmas from all of us at Bark & Bath ❤️
