I have messaged most clients booked in for the new year - as there is a slight price increase going forward from 6th Jan.

Some clients already have the new price, some are still on same price from 3 years ago as regulars so unfortunately price will need to go up - just to cover my own costs, being fully mobile the last year‼️

I am on taking bookings today and over the weekend - new clients are welcomed❤️⚠️‼️💯

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their continued support and trusting me with your furry-pals, I'd also like to thank everyone for their over whelming generosity for all the gifts for myself & my daughter we are both extremely grateful!

I've had atleast 20 odd clients change or cancel appointments just during the month the month of December this year‼️ granted, i've been given enough time to refill the slots from most, although this gives me extra work, I cover a large range of areas and it totally messes with my diary, I need to start shifting people around, can people please mind I'm mobile, i dont want to be travelling 15miles out to come back to my local area to go back again, this is what happens when people cancel, and I can't shift other clients around as they have commitments, and it's not fair on either.

Around 10 not be in/& or fotgot🤦‍♀️ then ignore and ghost 👻 you when you want paid for the slot they just wasted‼️ there will be a ⚠️ beside names who do this and you won't get another appointment until it's paid - thanks to those who genuinely forgot and paid ✅️

What a week it's been already.

My bank is back up and running, if u have been with me from the start I don't mind u paying into my bank, as your trusted not to screw me over ‼️
The rest is cash only I'm afraid. or if your paying a no show fee.

- it'll be different next year I'll be taking a non transferable non refundable deposit to book December slots - cos I've had double the work and only been paid once.
I rely on th public to pay my bills‼️ I don't have a secure income every month.
- I'm a small business not a franchise.

Thank you so much vicky and her helper for pancake and Pepsi groom. Always great with my dogs especially wee nervous Pepsi. Both look and smell amazing they match my gingerbread candles. Love their bandanas x
