First attempt at a ✨️luxury✨️ 3 layer peanut butter and banana cake for Ruben's 7th Birthday. Decorated with peanut butter cookies! (The little paw treats were brought separately as I'm shopping around for moulds!)

The "buttercream" and "icing" were made from scratch too, and are completely pup friendly!

I dont think this is too shabby for my first attempt, and Ruben has officially approved this recipe 🐾

Its Ruben's 7th Birthday today, and I can't think of a better day to announce it to the world... I am so excited to be making the first steps to a dream I've had for a long time, A DOGGY BAKERY!

Ruben has brought me so much happiness, love and purpose in this world over the past 7 years, so of course naming this dream after him is the only option 🥺

As he's getting older, I've been really mindful of his diet and I've become more and more aware that most mainstream treats, and meals aren't actually the best thing for him... or even good for him at all. I'm in the process of completing dog nutrition courses to ensure I've got the best knowledge I can before I dive head first into this journey, so for now this page will be me practicing my craft, having taste tests from Ruben himself and general updates.

I would love for you to follow the journey, see my progress and be here before I'm ready to hand bake the most beautiful treats and cakes for your fur babies too.
