Momijigari kennel members on stand at discover dogs today, for the Japanese Akita Inu Club (UK) - Saturday 11th 2023. Was a huge success, with loads of interest and great conversation on a number of subjects, in short a very busy day! Our dogs performed outstandingly and we couldn't be more proud of how they got on with the public ☺️.

What a fantastic day at Crufts 2022. Discover dogs Japanese Akita inu stand, day 4 was a long yet rewarding experience. What an amazing opportunity to educate the public about our spectacular breed, especially with such good friends! Our three wonderful dogs impressed us with their patience and kindness to all who greeted them, what true champions!

We look forward to next year's show and again congratulate all Japanese Akita inu participants and winners for their hard work!

Momijigari is thrilled to present our first litter!!

Born 2nd February 2022
5 males / 4 females

Both Mother and her puppies are doing extremely well, despite a long birth she has done an amazing job and is a natural mother!

We wish to thank in particular our friends at (Mamorikensha kennel) thanks to Jekaterina Mudrova & Evaldas Janulevicius for their support and assistance during pregnancy and birth. They are our true saviors!

Also we would love to thanks breed specialist Maureen Thompson (Tsoyu kennel) for her sound advice and extensive experience during the birthing process!
