Unfortunately she has asked me to share this post as after 14 months of perseverance, despite her enchanting nature, adjusting to changes with a new baby brother have been challenging for her. 🐾💔 🍼

🐾 Important Announcement: Terms and Conditions 2024 🐾

Dear valued customers and furry friends,

As we embark on another year of wagging tails and fabulous grooming sessions, I want to express my gratitude for your continued support of my small business. Your adorable dogs are not just pets; they're the reason I can do what I love. 🐶💕

📌 CANCELLATION POLICY:
Remember, your dogs pay my bills, and your punctuality is crucial. Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. I understand sometimes things happen out of your control however I am a small business and failing to attend appointments directly affects me. Giving less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of £10. No shows and same-day cancellations will be charged at the full groom price, with a 50% non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

💳 PAYMENTS -
All payments are due at the time of the groom. You must not leave without paying for your groom.

🗓 MAKING A BOOKING
To book an appointment, please send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I may not be able to answer the phone whilst grooming.

🚿 MATTED DOGS
Under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, it is an offence to cause unnecessary suffering to an animal; this includes prolonged ‘de-matting’ which is painful and detrimental to the welfare of the dog. This means I cannot spend more than 15 minutes dematting and brushing knots out of your dog. If you bring in your dog with matting that I deem would take longer than 15 minutes of de-matting work, I am required by the Act to humanely clip your dog short to get under the matting or refer you to your vet to do the same.
If your dog is matted an additional £10 - £20 will be added to the price depending on the severity of the matting.

🦠 FLEAS
Any dog found with fleas or flea dirt will be charged an additional £10. This is for a mandatory insecticidal bath which will kill any live fleas on your pet and to cover the extra cleaning time and products.

🕒 PICK UP AND DROP OFF
Please try and ensure you drop off your dogs at your allocated appointment time. Dogs more than 10 minutes late may not be able to be completed and may incur a no show fee.
All dogs must be collected immediately after their groom. I will provide you with an estimated collection time and will message you to confirm they are ready. I work on a 1-1 basis and have limited space available therefore late collections can effect the rest of the dogs booked in on that day. Pet sitting fees may be applied every half hour of no return. If you require a late collection please discuss this on booking and I can allocate specific appointment times.

🐕 BEHAVIOUR
All dogs can react slightly differently to the grooming process. Any dogs needing additional time due to behaviour, age, or desensitising may incur additional costs.
I will always try to make sure your dog is happy and comfortable in my care, to make sure of this please inform me of any pre-existing illness, painful points, aggressive tendencies, sensitive skin or anything else you think may be relevant.
If I feel your dog is distressed by the grooming process or is elderly and struggling with their visits, I will discuss this with you and we will decide the best way forward for your dog.

🩹 INJURY
I will not be liable for any injury caused by pre-existing problems or any injuries found while grooming your dog. A vet should be sought at owners cost, unless proven by a vet it was caused by the grooming process. In this instance I am fully insured and the vet report will be forwarded directly to my insurance company where they will proceed as they deem fit.

🏡 ETIQUETTE
Please respect my neighbours by only parking on my driveway and ensuring your dog does not bark excessively on collection or drop off. Please try and ensure your dog has been toiletted before their appointment and do not allow them to toilet on any neighbours gardens.
All dogs MUST be kept on lead when being brought in and out.
