🌊🐠🐠 G'day all you fellow wonderful reefers out there! 🐠🐠🌊

Apologies for the delayed post. As many of you are aware. We have a change of ownership over here at Reef Addiction which has taken a few days to get in and operations in place. Finally finding enough time to post.

I would firstly wish to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your continued support and good luck wishes, it's all very much appreciated.

Here is an update of a fraction of our current livestock options that are here and looking gorgeous as always!

📝🌊📢 Important Announcement 📢🌊📝

Good evening fellow reefers, it is with a heavy heart that I announce my time at Reef Addiction is coming to an end.

I want to thank each and every one of you, Customers, Suppliers and Reps for your fantastic custom and unwavering support over the last 5 years, opening through a Pandemic was not easy!

I have enjoyed every minute of it, fitting the shop from the ground up to serving you on our 5th anniversary, this was not an easy decision as you all know how passionate I am about the shop and this hobby.

However, 16 months ago my life changed with the wonderful addition of my son, along with a new business venture I'm now partaking, something had to give, allowing me to focus my time elsewhere.

You'll be glad to hear Reef Addiction is not going anywhere and it is my pleasure to announce that Bruce will be taking over from tommorow Thursday 10th of April.

Bruce has been a fantastic addition to the shop over the last couple of years and I couldn't think of anyone else more deserving to take the shop forward, this area needs its Marine Shop so please support him as you did me and join me in wishing him all the best.

It's goodbye from me, for now, but probably not forever, I'm sure you'll still see me around, after all this hobby is an Addiction!

🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE 🚨

Evening all, the following post on the "East Coast Reefers" page from an alias 'John Smith' has been brought to my attention, we were recently removed from this group for no reason, we can't actively defend ourselves on this false post.

The customer states they have bought two fish from us that have given them velvet, and that they received a bad attitude in return when contacting us. The person in question has not been to Reef Addiction.

I'm sure most of you know that would never be the case, and we always strive to offer the best quality livestock and customer service which is reflected in our honest customer reviews.

I've bit my tongue for a long time, but I have been recieveing calls, texts, and email bombardment over the last 14 months accusing me of slander and negative reviews from the owner of another local establishment. I've blocked them on social media and thier number. They have since emailed me and tried to contact me via another business.
This is harassment and is being dealt with seriously.

He has been using the alias, without noticing that it is directly linked to his Facebook account, as you can see in the screenshot below and the name associated to that account, he would have no reason to shop with me, as he owns his own aquatics shop.

I will not sit here in silence any longer and have the business damaged by false accusations. I have built this from the ground up and have worked hard for it.
