What a fantastic day we have had at the Dog Fun Day - Celebrating the 60 Year Anniversary of The Lowestoft Dog Agility Display Team!

We spoke to so many of you and met so many gorgeous pups! Thanks for stopping by to chat to us and ask us so many brilliant questions.

Lots of fun things to do on the day and James gave a wonderful tricks display which went down well.

Attendance options:
🟠 Attend week one 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 for the theory part an Introduction to Bahaviour Adjustment Training 3.0 delivered by CBATI-KSA Katey Aldred - Clinical Animal Behaviourist, Veterinary Nurse
🟠 Attend the whole 6 weeks as a spectator. You'll get to visit the Ruff - Dog Training field and witness owners and their dogs work through the course. You'll take away a great insight on the knowledge and practical behind the theory.

🧠 Ever heard of the Dunning-Kruger Effect? It’s a fascinating psychological phenomenon where people with low ability at a task tend to overestimate their skill, while those with high ability underestimate theirs.

We covered this interesting topic tonight in our lecture with degree students leading to some great points!

💡 Understanding this effect can help us navigate learning and self-awareness better! In an extreme version this effect could have quite negative outcomes

Having a great time learning and connecting with people

So lovely to be at the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors - APBC conference, their first in four years post-pandemic and here with my buddy and brilliant behaviourist and RVN Katey Aldred - Clinical Animal Behaviourist, Veterinary Nurse Pooch Paws - it’s going to be an awesome day of lectures and catching up with friends and peers (and a bed to myself without kiddies)!
