For everyone asking about the golden retriever we rescued two days ago…
Here’s a short video we recorded just half an hour ago. 💛

He’s finally relaxed and starting to trust again. Dogs are incredibly intelligent — they can sense love instantly. Just two days ago, he spent the entire day waiting for his owners to return… after they had abandoned him in the middle of nowhere. 💔

But today, everything changed.
He discovered a muddy old ball — chewed by others, but to him, it’s treasure.
He learned he can dig freely in the playground.
He found out that plastic bottles make great toys.
He rediscovered happiness. 🐶

His spirit is healing fast, but the rescue costs still remain. Please, if you can, support this beautiful soul. Every small donation means a lot — and he truly deserves it. 💛

💔 A Heartbreaking Scene from Real Life 💔
Yesterday morning, on my way to work, I was driving through a village. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a dog near the main road. It was just a second — but I remember thinking how white and clean he looked. There are no white dogs there; all the local strays are grayish.
I couldn’t stop, so I told myself he must be someone’s pet, just wandering around freely.

Fast forward 10 hours later — it was already dark, and I was driving back home, tired and exhausted (the virus season has been rough).
On the same spot… sat the same dog. Still there. Still waiting.

I immediately stopped the car, grabbed a leash and my phone, and got out. As I approached him, I noticed how scared he was — completely petrified.
And then the truth hit me hard. This dog had been dumped by his owners.

The previous days had been rainy, yet he was clean — meaning he hadn’t been outside long. He wasn’t lost or following a female in heat, because he hadn’t moved from that spot. He was sitting there for more than 10 hours, waiting for the people who abandoned him. Loyal to those who didn’t deserve him.

It felt like a scene from one of those heartbreaking movies — but this time, it was real. I could feel his fear, his confusion, his heartbreak. 💔

When I put the leash on him, he quietly started walking toward my car. As soon as I opened the door, he jumped inside and sat in the back seat — like a true gentleman. He had manners, the kind only a loved pet would have.

Boy, we will return your faith in humanity.
We’ll show you that you deserve love, kindness, and owners who will never leave you again.

He’s now safe at our shelter — Meow Paws — where we’ve promised him the world. Because such loyalty deserves only the best. ❤️

But we’re struggling financially, and we need help to keep rescuing dogs like him.

Every day, these stray souls wait by the roadside, hoping someone will notice them… hoping for a handful of food to ease their hunger. 💔

For many, this is their only meal — provided by Meow Paws, with love and compassion. But our food supplies are running dangerously low, and without your help, we can’t keep their bowls full.

As the days grow colder, our hearts stay full — full of love for every hungry stray dog and cat who depends on us each day. 💔 But love alone isn’t enough. Each month, we face growing costs to keep our rescued animals, and the many strays we feed on the streets, safe, healthy, and cared for.
