I have been informed about a complaint made to the council regarding aggressive dogs that were out of control in the field boarding the railway walk. The person who made the complaint was under the impression that these dogs were from harvest kennels but this is completely incorrect. I would like to assure everyone these are not my personal dogs or dogs boarding with me and the field they were seen in is not my land! My property does not run along side the railway walk and cannot even be seen from the railway walk. The dogs in question are from a separate private property. If anyone has any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me directly.

My diary is open for the whole year and as always I do get busy quickly so please send over any dates! I do still have some availability this month due to cancellations for some last minute stays. I will need new forms from everyone for this year, I will be working my way through the diary to get to you all but if you want to be ahead of the game just send me your email and I will send the form over. Please remember the price for single dog kennels are now £25 per day, and bank holidays are double pricing (unless it is part of a stay which is at least 5 days then it stays as normal.)

XL BULLY/ BULLY TYPE DOGS
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to keep you updated on the XL Bully situation. As some of you will know from previous conversations my stance on the matter was as long as the rules were followed and as always the dogs are friendly with others I would still be happy to have them stay. However my insurance have just stated today that although I am still insured to have XL bullies they can only stay on a 1:1 ratio which obviously I do not offer here as I socialise all the dogs together so unfortunately I will not be able to accommodate any XL bullies or XL bully type dogs for boarding.
I still welcome XL bully’s for training or socialisation days with owners as then the 1:1 ratio will be followed but they must be registered, neutered, muzzled, microchipped, have public liability insurance and be kept on lead at all times. Proof of the above must be shown.
If you own a dog which fits the specifications of an XL bully and therefore needs an IED these rules also apply. Any dogs which which fit the specifications but are not XL bullies then proof must given apon booking (E.G - a KC certificate.) This only applies if your dog could be mistaken for an XL bully.
If anyone needs any advice regarding the XL bully situation please do give me a call. I am also offering XL bully lead/muzzle training sessions at a discounted rate. Thankyou 🐾
