Massive thanks to Meg and Jem who completed the tough mudder 15k today. Here they are with their medals.

Apparently the weather was just right, the course was tough but they adapted and overcame, and Jem even managed to avoid getting a shock, unlike Meg

Terrific effort ladies.

The girls are at the start line ready to do 15k for the kitties, not to mention the obstacles including the shock therapy at the end !!!

They have over £400 now but let's try and push it to £500 by the time they finish
