Peggy was found by a member of public, dragging her front foot.. Taken to the vets they were unable to save the leg but as you can see, nothing stops Peggy.
She is still loving, still very much into fun and still beautiful

If you feel this 3 legged beauty would suit your home, she would need to be an indoor cat, then get in touch.

Hope to see you there

Look who is the news...the lovely Willow

Thanks to Halesowen News for sharing this and spreading the message that we care enough to make that difference even though struggling with how busy we are.

Thank you for all those donating to help us care for Willow, Ozzy and all the other cats we have.
As always remember

A 'malnourished' cat, who was rescued from the streets by an animal shelter, has found its forever home.

Thank you to
Carol Monk, Karen Malte Nelsen, Lesley Sheldon, Julie Sandhu, Jemima Caleb-pointon, Ginger Cat Crafts

And many others for their donations recently, as you know if you follow us we have recently taken in Kittens and cats from Aston and an abandoned senior cat. Not unusual for us but we are full and desperately trying to home some of our cats before we freeze homing in December. We needed to work with another rescue to manage to get some space which isn't easy as everyone is extremely busy so thank you to them also. Its great when rescues work together, sometimes a cat just can't get placed in one rescue and they go to another and the magic happens and they find a forever home.

But say a prayer, pray for the old ones, at Xmas time, it's hard when you're old and on the streets...in a world of hate and hardship we see hope and love shine through.

Meet Willow, this stray was found by Farhana who took her to a vet, they gave her a quick check but that was it. Unfortunately the finder was unable to look after Willow and was reaching out for help.

Yes we are full, yes we are fighting for funds and food etc but we did everything we could to make this work. We worked with another rescue to take in some of our other cats, giving them a new chance in another area to find homes.

This freed up some space and our vets at Blackheath Veterinary Centre were able to take in Willow after Farhana dropped her off after looking after her overnight.

They have done initial checks including blood tests and it looks likely this poor old majestic girl is just very malnourished, very skinny, needs flea and worm treatment but otherwise it's mostly her age and lack of food that's the issue.

Estimated at 18/19 yrs old we will look after Willow now, showing her love and care for as long as she has left, we will look to get her healthy and then place hopefully in a long term foster home, remaining within our care.

If you can donate towards costs then please do, we will ensure she has a warm, loved Xmas and hopefully far beyond.

I can tell you she is very loving and already breaking hearts of our volunteers
