Myself and Mayfield Farm Bakery in Old Harlow have planned a rich calendar of events and courses from May to October.
Below the description of the various categories of classes, suitable for all abilities, that we will offer :
Bread Making course 🍞
Neapolitan Pizza making course 🍕
Sourdough making course 🌾

● Saturday 11th May from 11 AM to 3,30 PM I will be at Mayfield Farm Bakery ( Sheering Rd, Old Harlow.) With a Sourdough making workshop
In just one day you will master how to make a magnificent sourdough loaf and enjoy an informal, hands-on bread making workshop. We will make a sourdough starter from scratch that you will take home, we will use sourdough starter discards to make sourdough scones, sourdough grissini (breadstiks) and sourdough chips cookies that you will take home and finally we will make a dough from scratch which you will then take home too.

● Sunday 12th May from 11 AM to 3,30 PM at Mayfield Farm Bakery (Sheering Rd, Old Harlow) I will run a Neapolitan pizza making workshop.
It will be an artisa**l course in which we will knead the dough from scratch, stretch the dough with our hands in the Neapolitan style, topping the pizza with the best seasonal ingredients and finally we will bake the pizza in a wood fired oven.
A lunch will be served and at the end of the course you will take home all the pizzas and garlic bread made during the day.

● Sunday 30th June from 11 AM to 3,30 PM at Mayfield Farm Bakery (Sheering Rd, Old Harlow) I will run a basic bread making workshop.
Would you like to make a loaf of bread but don't know where to start?
Do you already make bread, but it doesn't turn out as perfect as you would like?
Do you already make bread, but would you like to improve your technique and learn more ? Then you should join me on this class !
We will spend a day kneading dough from scratch, I will teach you various shapes on how to shape the dough, I will teach you how to make a delicious oregano and olives bread.
A lunch will be served and at the end of the course you will take home all the breads (about 4 - 5 loaves) made during the day.
