We are thrilled to share that we've received a 5 ⭐ rating from Welwyn Hatfield Council AND have been granted a 3 year dog boarding licence 😀

During our inspection, our record keeping, infection and disease prevention, continuous professional development, cleaning, transporting, and care policies and procedures were all praised for being of the highest standards.

We are over the moon and excited to continue serving your wonderful canines, ensuring their tails stay wagging during their stay with us for the next few years.

We are now accepting bookings from October 2024 to Dec 2025 so to avoid disappointment book early.

We offer an around the clock home care service for your dog. Your dog receives lots of affection and a variety of mental and physical stimulation throughout the day. We also send you daily updates to show you what your dog has been doing for each day of the duration of their stay.

Prior to accepting your booking we offer a free meet and greet service and paid overnight trial to ensure your dog will get on in our environment without you. Our priority is your dogs welfare and sadly not all dogs are suited to all environments therefore we will only confirm your booking if the meet and greet and overnight trial are successful.

Proof of vaccinations are required prior to the boarding of any dog to reduce the risk of spread of disease or infection.

We cater for a variety of different dog needs so if you're unsure just call us or send us a message via WhatsApp and we'd be more than happy to help.

We look really forward to meeting you and your dog.

We have the pleasure to care for Nova who true to her breed is highly intelligent, a fast learner and loved hugging at the end of her day.
