Really sorry I’m having to do this as always just take people word that they honour their booking
but enough is enough happens every summer holidays people totally wasting our time booking kennels out for their dogs and cancelling on day they are due to come in
after I have turned other bookings away

Cancelation within 7 days of arrival date 100% you will be charged for the full day that you booked

Cancelation of stay once booked into
“our Diary” 50% charge of full stay booked
