The second run with the boys today. I’m still running one at a time. Giving them time to understand some basic commands. Two minute intervals. A total of 8 mins for each. They were both fantastic.

Do you have an dog that needs some additional exercise during the day?
I have spaces for new canicross/dogfit running dog clients. There are three sessions per day, each an hour long. These are at 10.30am, 12 midday and 1.45pm.
Your dog does not have to have any experience with canicross and I supply all harnesses for your dog to wear.
Runs will be about 45 mins in length.
Door to door service.

I am starting a dog running service on Hayling Island. Prices and availability to follow. I will be running a maximum of three dogs per session on Hayling Island. The service is for dogs 1 year and older and they can be new to the canicross experience.
I will also be running individual taster sessions for you and your dog to try canicross for yourself. A selection of couch to 5K courses for beginners (human and canine) and later on some longer distances.
