Thank you Edition Dog Live 🐾

We had an amazing time at Stoneleigh Park meeting so many people (and dogs). Our team had a blast handing out over 500 goody bags packed with frisbees and treat bags. Plus we snapped over 150 Polaroid pictures for owners to take home. Our colouring books also went down a storm with the kids!

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat. Keep an eye out as we’ll be announcing the winner of our competition very soon… 👀

With the sun shining and summer in full swing, it’s important to keep these things in mind when it comes to taking your dog for a walk...

⏰ Avoid the midday heat and stick to cooler morning or evening walks
💧 Always bring water and a collapsible bowl for your dog
🐾 If the pavement’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws
🐶 Keep an eye on your dog for signs of excessive panting, drooling, or lethargy
🌳 Stick to shaded paths, woodland walks, or grassy areas
🥵 Short walks are best in hot weather so don’t overdo it
🛍️ Don't forget the poo bags!
❄️ Some dogs love cooling vests or damp bandanas for fashion AND function
