Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee if I’m unable to fill the slot

I am aware things can happen, sometimes out of our control but where possible I just ask for sufficient notice so I can fill your appointment time. Being self employed means that if people don't turn up I don't get paid and I still have bills to pay like everyone else 🙂
