Can you help me help Havoc? ❤️

Havoc needs an MRI, but because there’s a possibility his condition could be linked to injuries from the abuse he suffered before he came to me, I’m unable to get pre-authorisation from the insurance company. Until we have the MRI results, I won’t know whether they’ll cover the costs or class it as a pre-existing condition.

I’ve been told the MRI and specialist consultation alone will cost thousands of pounds. He will also need surgery to dock and repair his tail, and treatment for a broken canine tooth, both of which happened while he was stressed and unwell.

More than anything, I just want answers. I want to understand what’s going on so I can make the right decisions for him.

Every person who looks, engages or just comments adds a little more environmental pressure.

The goal isn’t just teaching a down stay. It’s teaching the dog that outside events don’t change the task.

Position isn’t tested in quiet places. It’s built through gradually increasing distraction while keeping the same expectation.
