Al the adventure Ted and Myself had our last bike ride for a while.cycled Millom to Silecroft beach. We have been in Westmoreland hospital to have my left hip replaced. All went well . Not for the road to recovery.

AL Was in Scotland recently visiting family and friends. Unfortunately our Panda droke down . It was a pain getting back. We are all sorted again now. And are coming Back..

Al is pleased to be back home after a trip to Salisbury and to Poole in Dorset. He has had a wonderful time and is now looking over Morecambe bay while I have a well earned brew.

Well Al has been out on our new bike an adventure to Bolton. Via the fell by Bentham . The bridge of greet road , Clithero Darwen then Bolton. We came back via the A6 and the M6 to Lancaster then home . We may have called at a McDs and a Costa on our travels. S good day but a bit windy.the bake was fine on the Motorway steady 60 mph and returned a decent 160 mpg. Not bad at all.

Al and I had to find Lanark Loch while we were up here. Had a trike trundle round the loch . More a small lake really. Then find the cafe of course.

Al has been up to Scotland in the snow. Checking the garden.he has also visited New Lanark museum. He's beens on a Christmas ride and had lunch out. A great adventure . And he'll be back there soon

No Al sorry but I can't get a trike in that.
Al s away in Bournemouth and the New Forest. Really nice and warm down here. Must bring the peddle board next time.

Al had a good ride out today. Went to Glasson Dock and tested the jet boil stove making a drew. Just short of 50 miles covered today . A very pleasant day out on the single speed bike
