We were very excited and honored to have Allen Parton from Hounds for Heroes come into our office to tell us his story and about how Hounds for Heroes began, all to coincide with Remembrance Day.

House for Heroes is a charity that specialises in training dogs to assist those that served in the armed forces and the emergency services. They are also regular users of our ADAPTIL products to help their dogs in times of need (such as flying or vet visits).

ET and Flanders came along and enjoyed lots of cuddles and bum scratches!

The effect of gentle pressure has been demonstrated in dogs diagnosed with an anxiety issue*. Dogs wearing ThunderShirt were more relaxed than those without ThunderShirt when left alone for 15 minutes in a new environment - their heart rate went up less and they showed less stress-related behaviours. This showed that the use of a pressure wrap can promote relaxation for dogs when facing challenging situations.

visited us at this weekend's Amazon PetFest. Hektor has been struggling with separation anxiety, he tried on our ThunderShirt for size as this calming vest has been proven to really settle dogs when they have to be left. I think you will agree he looks really cute!!!
