The boys love this time of year where they can help themselves to a few extra snacks while out walking. They are getting so good at picking berries, and they only take the ripe ones, clever dogs!
It appears that researchers at the University of Michigan have started a study using AI technology to analyse canine barks to help humans understand what dogs are saying. While you wait for the outcome of this study, did you know that you get unlimited access to my extensive Canine Body Language course when you train privately with me? Just saying ๐ ๐พ.
Do you have someone in your life that you are extra proud of today? If you are looking for a dog trainer who really gets you and can adapt the training to your requirements, then I am your girl ๐
Our family begins the new year with a heavier heart than usual. We have had to say goodbye to our beloved Buster. He was the most awesome dog we could ever have hoped for, providing 15 years of cuddles.
Besides being our family dog, Buster has also been such a big part of my training life; featuring in training videos, being the meet/greet companion for new puppies in training, as well as being our inspiration for the cartoon dog in our Woof Wag Wishes book. Cannot put into words how missed he will be. Here's a little snippet from the week he arrived into our lives. ๐พ
Sending you wishes of a woof'tastic Christmas ๐พ
Funny how quickly dogs learn what holds yummy goodies, there's nothing like a bit of positive training. Alfie, our puppy, is still a bit excited about the advent calendar so have to do a few prawn jumps as he is just too excited ๐. If you notice he is also the one telling us it's time to 'open today's date'. Love these Christmas traditions. So today is Christmas Jumper Day but we thought we would share this instead. Have an awesome day!
Have the most wonderful Halloween tonight. We hope that everyone will be safe and happy. Keep your dog on a lead so they don't run away, and make sure they don't stick their head into the sweet bucket as a lot of those items can make them sick. Happy Halloween.
