I have about 5 days left of Christmas to book people in, and I'd much rather my regulars first. 🫶

Missed appointments require the full groom amount to be paid if you have failed to arrive for your appointment. Any future appointments will be cancelled/refused if the fee isn't paid. This is to protect my business and my livelihood. When I take on clients, this is read and signed for at the time of your first appointment.
It is standard practice for most groomers . If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, then please find an alternative groomer. I can not afford to pay the price for people failing to attend the appointments that they made. 🫶

My son has started school this year so due to the time he starts and finishes my opening hours are changing slightly. My first appointment will now be 9:15am every day except Wednesday. My last app of the day will be 1:15pm Mondays!
The rest of the week my closing times remain the same. 🫶
