✨ 🐾 I’d just like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy New Year and I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. As always, thank you to each and every one of you for another amazing year. Your custom, kindness, generosity, patience and well wishes throughout this year is so appreciated ✨ 🐾

🐾Reminder of my terms and conditions of business🐾

Failure to attended your appointment-
If you fail to attend your appointment you will be required to pay a no show fee. No future bookings will be available until payment is received.
Minimum 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment to avoid late cancellation fee.

Appointment times-
Please respect appointment and pick up times. My hours vary day to day so please do not assume that leaving your dog here past its allocated slot is acceptable. As a 1-1 groomer I often have reactive dogs in that cannot be in the same room as another.

Payment-
Payment must be made no later than at the time of collection. I’m sorry but I don’t have the admin time to continually chase payments. If someone else picks up on behalf of an owner, please make them aware that payment is due at the end of the groom.

I’m very lucky that the majority of my lovely customers don’t need this reminder so please accept my apologies if this doesn’t apply to you.
I love seeing all your gorgeous doggo’s but as a small business, failure to adhere to the above puts a big strain on it. I want to be able to continue to give you the service you expect at a time that works for you.

Milo’s story- Saved from the meat trade in China 🥹❤️

Milo came to see me today for his first groom since being in the UK and landing on his paws with his family 🇬🇧

Adopted through ‘The Big 3 Rescue’. Just a few weeks ago Milo started his super long journey and has fast settled into his forever home 🫶

A glow up of all glow ups! Milo is looking and feeling a million dollars after his groom and is already so loved … Just look what this little man has been through in his short life already 🥹

I do love a happy ending story so I just had to share his 🫶

💙 Who remembers Blue? 💙

Back in February 2021, Blue went missing from his garden in Hockley… BUT he’s here to tell his story 🥰 What was the LONGEST two weeks of his family’s life… ended with the BEST news.

Blue was out doing his business on a cold February evening and chased something in the dark and got out. Facebook posts, posters and a whole host of volunteers helped to find Blue… but as the days and weeks went on it was becoming unlikely Blue was ever going to be found.

…Until TWO WEEKS later, on a cold dark February evening, Blue appeared on someone’s doorstep.. after a host of hoax calls his owners had received over the 2 weeks Blue was gone, they were sceptical that it really was Blue… until the people who had found him confirmed the collar he was wearing, information that hadn’t been shared to the public!

Blue had sustained some pretty nasty injuries including a shattered hind leg with a nasty infection. As well as being starving and cold. However, after a lengthy stay at the vets, Blue was allowed home and his family beyond ecstatic to have their boy home ❤️

Blue visits me every month for a well deserved pamper and I just love giving him all the fuss in the world 🥰 A reminder of what he went through still remains with his limpy leg but he is just the happiest boy to have in and you’d never know what he’d been through. I wish he could talk to me and tell me where he’d been!

Thank you for all the shares, tags, support, messages etc. I really do appreciate everyone helping to locate all of my customers and bringing them over to the new page.. I am so thankful to be apart of Hockley and the wonderful community support you’ve all shown since loosing access to my old account… I won’t be defeated!
