Does anyone recognise this little lady? She’s been brought into us as she was found running across the bypass in Hucknall limping with a badly damaged tail, so we are trying to find her owners as she isn’t microchipped 😢 if you recognise her please give us a call in the morning 🐾

A house is not a home without a dog. Since I was born I’ve always had a dog in my life. My first family dog was Sally a Collie who lived to be about 15 years old. Then we rescued Sherry a Cross Collie at the age of 4 years, we went on lots of adventures together as we grew older, Sherry lived to a grand old age of 18 years. After leaving home I had my very own dog, a 9 week old Staffie called Kimba. Kimba went everywhere with me, she was a true gentle soul, and when my two sons came along, she enjoyed many happy hours playing with them, she played a big part in our family and lived for just over 14 years. My current dog is Daisy a 2 year old Cockapoo, I’ve had Daisy since she was 9 weeks old, she is just adorable, full of character and loves playing with other dogs. I’ve also had a rabbit, fish, hamsters and a budgie.
For a while I have been working with another local dog walker gaining experience working with all different types of breeds. I’ve now worked with the smallest of puppies that just require lots of cuddles and play, walked dogs that love socialising, dogs that love to play fetch, dogs that just want to walk & walk and even elderly dogs that just want to snuggle up on the sofa and be told what a beautiful dog they are......I’ve even looked after some rescue dogs, that have had a difficult start in life and and helped them settle in to their new lives for their forever families.
After gaining this experience and having such a love and passion for looking after dogs, I’m now a dog walker!
To ensure I can give all dogs (and pets) the right care I have successfully completed a Dog Walking and Pet Home Sitting Professional course, resulting in a Diploma certificate. On this course I have covered Safety, Health & Hygiene, Pet Sitting Basics, Handling & Transporting Animals, First Aid, learnt all there is to know about, Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Reptiles, Hamsters, Gerbils, Rats & Mice, covering the best exercise, illnesses, everyone’s safety, disease control and everything I need to know about being a Dog Walker.
For the safety of the pets in my care and for the piece of mind of their owners I am fully insured and have been DBS checked.
With everything now in place......Which doggies want to go a walk!!!!!
