Remembering Lenny by raising money for Good Life Dog Rescue

Thanks to everyone's kindness we've exceeded the £500 I was looking to raise for Good Life Dog Rescue. We're up to £530 and I would love to get to £600 before I start my ride from Kings Cross at noon tomorrow (Monday 5th June).

If you've got a couple of quid spare, do consider helping this very worthy cause :-)

Less than a week to go before I depart for my ride start near King's Cross in London. Today - I put the wheels back on my bike! There's no way I could have relied upon the old ones. Just got to test the brakes tomorrow :-)

My bike ride in aid of Good Life Dog Rescue is getting closer - I'm getting the train to London, my starting point, on 5th June. Please, if you can spare a couple of pounds, sponsor me for this 140 mile cycle ride from London to Birmingham. Good Life is such an excellent cause.

We were lucky to have Lenny for nearly three years - his comfortable retirement. We rehomed him from Good Life Dog Rescue and, in his memory, I'm raising funds for this small and worthy charity.

On June 5th, I'll be starting a bike ride from London to Birmingham along the Regent's and Grand Union canals. Please, if you can spare a few quid, sponsor me at ....
