I have used this blend when necessary on flossy and it works wonders

I know I shouldn`t have favourites, but due to the difference Digest & Rest makes to dogs lives and the amount of positive reviews this blend gets, it has become a special blend to me.
Every ingredient is given very careful consideration and is included for very good reasons. Also, as with all the other blends, it was carefully tried and tested with dogs that had digestive issues and reflux before being released for sale.
I am going to spotlight the ingredients over the next few days and explain why they earnt their place in the blend.

Marshmallow root produces a substance called mucilage when it becomes wet. This soothes and lubricates internal tissues and has an affinity with the digestive, respiratory and urinary tracts.

Plantain leaf lubricates, soothes and protects internal mucous membranes. It is also astringent and anti-inflammatory in its action.

Chamomile is traditionally used for it`s calming abilities, but it also is very effective as an antispasmodic, stimulates digestion, expels intestinal gas and is anti-inflammatory it its action.

It's sad new but tomorrow event with the lovely team Friends of Monk Bretton Priory has been cancelled.
It's a very hard decision to make but it's for the safety of all . Its the best decision.

*** EVENT CANCELLED, PLEASE SHARE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTED ON THE DAY ***

We are devastated to inform you that our outdoor event on Saturday is cancelled. The rain has not stopped coming this week and more rain and high winds are forecast for Saturday. We were hoping for a frosty day like last year to stop the grass at Monk Bretton Priory from becoming a mud bath. As an organisation it is our responsibility to keep traders, visitors and volunteers safe but to also take into consideration the site, with the high numbers of visitors we normally get the grass would be too unsafe. We have consulted with English Heritage and Friends of Monk Bretton Priory and have made the difficult decision to cancel.

We have worked tirelessly today to try and find an indoor venue with availability and one big enough to accommodate our traders that have booked on but have been unsuccessful at short notice. With 30 traders booked and 10 fundraising stalls that our volunteers have worked hard on for the last few months, we really didn’t want it to come to a cancellation.

Emails have been sent this evening to stall holders and refunds will be made over the weekend.

We are still trying to organise an indoor evening event and will inform you all when this is confirmed. Seems a shame not to do anything for Christmas.

Once again we are really sorry to let you all down but unfortunately, we can’t control the weather.
