Wev walked Clancy over 8 years and he absolutely stole the heart of all our walkers in that time. He made so many doggy friends and was the most soulful pleasant polite huggable gentleman wev known. Always excited about his walks and first to lunge in to water for a swim.
We will never forget the amazing times wev shared and thanks to his wonderful family for giving us the privilege of having him in our pack. There's so many more millions of photos my heart breaks to go through them 💔

🌟 new customers 🌟
Before contacting us for a consultation please read the following points to check you are happy with our policy and ethics.

*we do pet sits "UP TO 15mins" This means if your cat isn't around, has left the house or is getting irritated of the fuss strokes or play and we have done the litter and food we may leave before 15mins. We won't want to sit on an empty sofa for the remaining time clock watching when as you appreciate feels pointless waste of precious time. We do sometimes stay longer than 15mins if the cat is being affectionate or engaging more,or more cleaning to do.

*we have families and may on occasions bring well behaved children in to your home to stroke cats if friendly or sit on their phones if not.
We may even be driven to your house by a partner or friend if on the way to a day trip or require assistance from them inside if we are unwell or injured and its too short notice for the team to attend.

*we have un marked cars and do smile at neighbours but will not breach confidentiality even if they are concerned. Please give your number to them yourself or use as an emergency contact for us.

*after the initial consultation you are welcome to leave a key with us, leave it in a safe location or post to our house when you leave.
We don't get paid for collecting or posting keys so we are not obliged to make them extra trips. We may offer collection if in the area and passing at a convenient time to us.

*we only answer the phone to emergencies, difficult to explain situations and complaints. Bookings and care changes are best sent in message so we can remember it and sort it at a convenient time later at night when we aren't busy.

*we have basic needs and may have been out for a long while. Using the toilet or getting a drink of water is an expected necessity.

*we will wash pet bowls, clean litter trays and put out bins. But any extensive mopping and vaumming is by the discretion of the sitter and in most cases will be for pet poo, urine, chemicals sharps or breakages caused by pet rather than general dust, litter bits further afield or hair.

*photos and videos arent always guaranteed for every visit although we do try to remember amonst all the fuss and cleaning.

*we always try to accommodate for customers that are anxious, we understand we have pets ourselves, but if requests become rude and unreasonable we will post the key back on arrival and refuse further bookings without argument.

*any issues with pet sits should be raised at the time, not just when you are invoiced at the end of the month. That just makes it look like you don't want to pay your bill.

*we may request payment in advance for new customers or those that keep paying late.

*our timing is FLEXIBLE to fit in with our lives and commitments. This means you can request morning/ late morning/ early lunch /late lunch/ early tea/ late tea/ evening.
No specific timing will ever be agreed unless your pet has medication and we will make every effort to attend at that time.

*if your dogs need a full on bath or treat dispensers refilled after walk, this is expected in your 1hr visit, not as an additional time from the pet sitter. Please appreciate the kindness if they give your pet more time but it is not expected from other staff who may need to cover.

Meet our first Service dog Daisy!!
She's currently being carried on school runs to be petted by loads of kids and going on pack walks to socialise with dogs ❤️
She's very clever at her commands 👏
Annoys her big brother Winston though 🙄

I must admit, I was a little unsure about Bold wrinkled kitties 🫣...but after meeting these most wonderful cutest funniest friendliest characters I absolutely 💯 love them.
So full of affection and playfulness I'll really miss stroking their soft....skin 😄 🤣

We are still looking for a litter using, friendly lonely neautured rabbit to pair with our sweet 3yr Spayed Willow Winters
if anyone wants a lovely new home with us ❤️
We have spare cages for bonding but they mostly live an enriched free range as safely possible life indoors ❄️ and outdoors 🌞 🌈
