This month iv had 14 no shows. And we haven’t hit the half way point of the month.
You tell me you’re desperately needing a groom so I squeeze you in and work around your availability put my children and animals at the back burner again. Why???
On average this would be around £500 loss for me sitting around waiting, even after reminders have been sent and messages on the day.

Next year I’ll be doing a price increase.

New customers will be expected to pay a deposit witch will be non- refundable if you decided you can’t come, and if you don’t agree with this I am happy for you to stand another groomer up and I am certain they will also have there own policy in place. Iv just been to nice and the past 2 year it took its grind on me.

Dropping off and collecting also some of my regulars have been leaving there dogs an extra 45 minutes with me. if I ever have a problem or running behide customer is made aware in plenty of time. As a groomer we expect the same back.
Dropping off I’ll happily keep appointment open for 30 mins anything over this the appointment will be gone due to me not having enough time and I certainly will not rush to please.

Iv enjoyed grooming and meeting new people and pooches. But at the same time happy to close doors witch I don’t think is far on my regulars who do everything right.

Iv decided to slow down on grooms. Due to my hand after breaking it clearly something isn’t right with it. Been advised to have it x rayed again.

The pain is differcult to continue with so I’ll
more than likely do single number weekly so all I can advise is to book in advance and I can cater my bookings and get them staggered to keep them rolling steady.

Tuesdays are clearly for perfection.

We loved doing waffle after a battle with mattes but she looks amazing! Was very patient whilst I worked through the mattes.

Most definitely had a growth spurt!

Most rewarding part is when you have a dog in who is very opinionated on where you touch him what you can use on him. Back end he is like no thanks and barks Using any dryer or blaster aggressive barking and his eyes are all over you like a hawk and you are waiting for him to snap. Today we completed him without any collar or lead and was happy to lay down with the dryer on him. A small clip speeded up of his groom. All fluffy and ready for Christmas Monty 🎄❤️
