My next puppy and beginners training courses will begin on Thursday 5th December 2024 at St Mary’s parish hall, Bower court, Newton, Hyde SK14 4HL

Limited spaces available

The courses on offer are:-

Puppy Foundation/Life Skills -

For puppies up to 6 months old. Some of the topics covered will be sit, stay, recall, settle, socialisation, leave it, scent work, loose lead walking, jumping up, appropriate play, body language and manners. The price will be £80 for a 6 week course. The course will start at 6.30pm - 7.10pm.

Limited availability and questions don't hesitate to ask.

Life Skills For Beginners -

This will include all of the above for dogs and handlers at a beginner level for dogs over 6 months of age. The price will be £80 for a 6 week course starting at 7.20pm - 8pm.

Today I got the sad news that Petra has sadly passed away, what can I say about Petra well she was a dog walkers dream dog never caused a trouble yet wouldn’t stand for any either. She loved a kong ball ( wouldn’t have any other make) and she knew if it wasn’t she would test it by squashing it with her nose and if it wasn’t a kong ball she wasn’t interested, they also only had a short shelf life so Amazon loved me for my kong orders. Every walk I’d put a fresh bowl of water out after the walk but no Petra would find a puddle to have a drink out of. After every walk she would look at me for her treat and sometimes she would spit it out on to the floor 🤣 but she still wanted it even if was to spit out. Everyone loved Petra she was the groups protector, one story that always sticks out was when a dog not with our group decided it didn’t like Holly over comes Petra run at it full speed and knocked it flying (it didn’t come back after that) Petra lived at a pub and I’ll miss pulling up in the morning and seeing her watching out of the window for me then come running to the door to get in the van. I will miss her so much but she was loved beyond belief and was affectionately known as the Diva dog. She may have only been on this planet for 7 years but she had the best life. RIP Petra ❤️🥰
