- I am no longer offering collection and drop off.

- There will be an extra charge of £10 for dogs that are knotted/matted.

- Cancellation policy: if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will have to pay for your appointment in full.

- No Shows: You will have to pay for your appointment in full and any future appointments will need a 50% deposit before booking.
