Did you know Kintore Pet Services can look after your pet at home?

This helps to reduce stress both for your pet and for you. Pets are much happier and relaxed kept in familiar surroundings and the extra bonus is your home can be looked after as well.

Please get in touch if you have any trips coming up and would like to book some holiday cover.

This service is not applicable to dogs but does cover most other pets (even Gary the Snail 🐌).

Thank you so much to all of my customers for their patience last week with the changes due to my van being repaired.

I'm so glad to say that it is back on the road thanks to the dream team - Paul and Pete (not to be confused with the two little dickie birds) 😂

Everything will thankfully be back to normal in the morning 🥰

* Spaces Available *

Going in to the New Year I have a rare Monday-Friday spot available suitable for a dog who has good recall or one who walks well on a lead.

Group walks hold a maximum of 4 dogs, each individually crated in a purpose built van. Perfect for friendly dogs to get out and about and make some new friends.

I also have solo spaces available on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. These can either be 30 or 60 minutes in length depending on your requirement and would be tailored to your dog’s needs. These spaces are great for reactive dogs, older dogs who prefer some peace and puppies who are still learning. I can also work on training in these appointments if required.

The last walk today of 2024 was with Harry and Lexi as the sun was beginning to set.

Next time I walk them in a couple of weeks the days will be starting to get longer again 🥰

In lieu of Christmas Gifts for all my lovely dogs this year I’ve decided to donate the money I’d usually spend to two local charities instead.

The first is Kintore-based Halfpenny-Farm Animal Sanctuary who provide old, ill or at risk animals a safe home and a fresh start.

The second is New Arc Wildlife Rescue. They are the largest wildlife rescue centre in the North East of Scotland and do an amazing job.

I hope you will agree that these are both very worthwhile charities.

May I take this opportunity to wish all my customers, friends and followers a fantastic Christmas time along with giving my best wishes for a happy and healthy 2025 xx

I love my job, but this has got to be the worst part…

I was so sad to hear the news today that Murphy had passed over the rainbow bridge 🌈💔

One of my original dogs and one I looked forward to seeing daily. His sister, Phebe, had already sadly passed and now he is free to run with her again. He will be missed on the walks and my thoughts are with Alan, Charlotte and the rest of the family.

RIP Murph 🐾
