Days Charged
Day of arrival, day of departure and all days booked are charged for. For very short stays we have a minimum charge of £27.00 per booking (3 days) this covers deep clean sanitising for our suites between guests.
1 x Guest per day £ 9.00
2 x Guests per day £16.00
3 x Guests per day £23.00
Any more than 3 x guests, we can offer our interconnecting double suite (Please contact us for a quote based on your cat family size and duration of stay).
Vaccinations & Health
Our guest’s health is paramount. All guests must have a current vaccination certificate for Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. Certificates will be requested on the day of arrival, we regret we cannot accept guests without these vaccinations. Pease also ensure flea and worming treatments are up to date.
Medication
I have completed a veterinary course in February 2017 which covered: First Aid, cat behaviour, stress, anxiety, administration of medication including injections and much more.
Please let us know at the time of booking of any special requirements.
Extras
Pet Cams are available if the owners wish to log on and watch what their cat/s are getting up to during the day/night (this is of course optional and at an extra charge, please enquire when completing your booking form).
Menu
We offer a variety of food such as:
Sheba, Felix – meat selection and fish selection, Whiskers – meat selection and fish selection, Go Cat, Iams Biscuits, Iams Light biscuits, Hills and Pro Plan.
If guests would prefer something different from the above menu, please let us know at the time of booking. Most requests can be met!
Booking
Please pay in full on the day of arrival: we accept Cash or BACS
Cancellations
We require seven days’ notice in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellations with less than seven day days’ notice may incur full charge of balance to be paid. If the suite can be resold a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
