Willow is sensitive to grooming but she has made big improvements over the last few visits 👏

We still let her ears air dry as this can trigger her anxiety and try to get her paws as neat as possible without pushing her over her limits 💗

Handsome boy woody in for his 1st puppy intro session 🐶

He did so well introducing him to all the noises and other aspects of grooming, ready for his 1st bath and blow dry in a few weeks time 🤩
