Wishing all freinds and clients good luck at Blair the finale fling this week. Gutted to be missing it but so pleased to see this morning that Scone Palace have announced that they will be hosting next year. We are fully booked this week with people away to the show.

Afternoon everyone. That's me 6 weeks in to my 12 weeks off. I should be able to get back to work in October once been to Glasgow at the end of September to see my surgeon. With starting college and my time table I won't be available on Mondays or Tuesdays. I will be available on a Wednesday and Thursday morning and late afternoon/evening. Free all day on a Friday and the odd weekend to cover if on holiday or away at a show. Weekends are my family time and I do hope to have Luke and Freya back out competing over the winter as well so I don't do regular weekends. I still won't be offering poo picking but will be offering all my other services. Just drop me a message and we can sort something out. Looking forward to getting back to caring for your lovely 4 legged freinds.

Been a while since posted on here, things been rather manic. Hope everyone is enjoying getting out and about to pony party's. With the holidays coning up and agricultural shows in full swing I have some availability for mucking out, lunging, tack cleaning and bathing. Luke also has some availability for hacking, schooling and mucking out. He is 16 and insured. Drop the page a messaged and we will see what we can do.

Hope everyone is surviving the winter. The nights are certainly starting to stretch and the snowdrops are springing up so fingers crossed the end is in sight. As we approach spring my books are open for extra clients once my own horses are out at night. I'm still not doing poo picking I'm afraid but all other services are available. From mucking out, lunging, bathing to cleaning tack just drop me a message and we can discuss further.

Just a heads up I have availability for some holiday cover over the next few months including some over Xmas. I am away the 3rd and 4th December as well as 26th and 27th. Giving your horses/pony's a wee holiday over the festive period then why not get in touch to see about having your tack cleaned ready for when they come back in to work. Hope everyone is coping with this changeable weather, the darker nights and all the mud.

The weather has turned rather autumnal this week. I have space for mucking out over the autumn/winter. I am full for turnouts and take ins but if you just want your stables mucked out then I can see if can fit you in. Just drop me a message with what you are after and we discuss.

Been a while since iv posted guys, been supper busy. I have spaces for clients if anyone needing help with their ponys/horses. I'm not able to offer poo picking at the moment but all other services are available. Tack cleaning, mucking out, taking in, turnout, bathing. Lunging etc. If you are needing help with riding luke is available for a few weeks while his new horse recovers from surgery. He is away for a couple weeks but will be back on 22nd July. He is insured. Hope you are all enjoying this weather and having lots of fun with your pony's. Freya is certainly keeping us busy with shows, camps etc so hopefully see you out and about.

Can't believe we almost at the end of October and clocks change this weekend. I still have a couple spaces in my diary for clients during needing help during winter. Just drop me a message. We are making the most of luke still being on holiday this week and getting pye ridden in the day light. Luke even lunged cassie this morning. I Calvo offer a tack cleaning service if you wanting tack cleaned.

Hi guys hope everyone is well. I'm going to be opening up my books again in October. I will jnly be able to take on a small number of clients and can't offer poo picking fields just yet. Unfortunately with the price of fuel etc all going up I will need to put my priced up im afraid. Hope everyone has had a great summer out and about their pony's.

Hi guys hope you and your ponys are all well. I have had my surgery on my left hand since my last post and it's all healed up well. I unfortunately haven't seen my orthopaedic consultant since my last post and I don't have an appointment with him till the 18th of July. Iam getting about a bit better and I have even been mucking out again. I have even managed to get a shoe on my left foot for the first time in 18 weeks. I have still not been signed off as fit to drive so I'm still not able to start returning to work. When I am able I will let you all know. I will however have to ease myself back in slowly and unfortunately if the price of diesel is still in the shocking high numbers as it is just now I will unfortunately have to put my prices up. I hope you are all enjoying this lovely sunny weather with your 4 legged friends, I know that luke and Freya certainly are.

What a beautiful sunny day today 🤞 it's here to stay. Since last time I posted I was put in a cast for 5 weeks, I am now in an air boot but still on crutches 😭 I am managing to get about the house on one crutch and short trips with no crutches. Not much use at the yard still but at Least Iam able to get down and watch the kids ride. Looking forward to watching them out and about this summer. Hopefully see some of you and your horse put having fun.

Thought I'd put a wee update up. So not long after I posted last the whole house came down with covid. Thankfully non of us were seriously ill with it. While isolating I got in a date for my ankle operation. After 2 days isolation and a early morning trip to hospital it looked like it wasn't going to go ahead because of me having had covid 2 weeks before, despite testing negative. Managed to persuade them to do it. Almost 3 weeks in now and I am very fed up, missing our ponys and the smell of the yard. Got the hospital this week to get stitches out and cast changed so hopefully be able to get out and about more. 2 days after my op I got phone call with date for getting operation done on my left hand in May. With all this and the recovery time from my ankle, it was bigger operation and more complicated than they thought, as well as the kids being busy over the summer with various things it's looking like the Autumn time and I will hopefully be back up and running and able to take clients on again. Hope you are all managing with the various storms etc we have had. Nice to see the nights are stretching and fingers crossed the weather will improve. Luke and Freya are looking forward to getting back to pony club this weekend and hopefully back out to competing after Luke has been down to the dressage winter championships in April.

It's with a very heavy heart that I am writing this but after a phone call this morning I am having to step back and stop working due to medical reasons. I am devastated but I need to listen to the medical professionals. I have no idea how long this will be for but hopefully I will be back. Huge thank you to all my lovely clients who trusted me I will miss you all. Hopefully see you all out and about this year. I wish you all the very best for 2022 with your ponys. Lots of love Alison. Wishing everyone a very happy New year and all the best to you all and your equines for 2022. I have had my operation on my hand and will be getting my stitches out on the 11th January so will be back to work on the 17th January. Looking forward to getting back.

Just a heads up to let all my clients know that I am having to go in to hospital for an operation on my hand on the 30th of December. I am not allowed to drive for while after and I have to isolate for 3 days before (as will Jonathan and the kids) so I am going to have to take time off. I really don't like letting you guys down but I need to have this opp done before I can have my big opp on my ankle that I have been waiting almost 3 years for. I hope you all understand. So I will be finishing on 23rd December and looking to coming back on the 10th January all going well.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Hope everyone and all their 4 legged friends managed to come out of last week's storm with not to much damage. I will be taking some time off during the festivities to spend with my family. I have one client I will be doing but apart from that I will be trying to have some chilli time. I will be finishing in the 23rd December and coming back on 10th of January 2022.

Hope everyone has had a great weekemd and that your 4 legged friends havent been to affected by fireworks. Been a windy weekend but it's dried up some of the ground after all the rain last week. This weekend I have been busy clipping the kids ponys for them. Pye is getting so good that I managed to give him a hunter clip. Can't believe how much cassies hair had grown since her last clip. Left her legs in this time.

Haven't posted on here for a while, been so busy. Just a note to say I will be stopping offering poo picking at the end of this month untill April 2022 (weather dependant). With the clocks changing, the nights getting shorter and the change in weather I have my own ponys coming in at night and need to lunge them more during the week as kids will struggle to ride after school in the daylight. I am also fully booked with winter clients. If you need any help with tack cleaning during the winter months them drop me a message. Luke will be doing some tack cleaning to earn some pocket money, he wants a fancy new riding hat he going to need to earn it hehe. Huge thank you to all my lovely clients keeping me busy. Hope the winter is not to hard on us all and we still get time to enjoy out ponys.

I'm going to have to close my diary for October. My lovely clients are keeping me nice and busy and with 2 children being in a Moray school and 2 being in an Aberdeenshire school the tattie holidays are a different. My diary is filling up for winter so if you need any help with anything please get in touch and I will see what I can do. I will also be taking a few days off over Xmas and new year to spend with family.
