Exciting News from The Cat’s Whiskers!

Due to popular demand, I’m expanding my services! In addition to cat sitting, I’m now offering house sitting and dog sitting—so your furry friends can stay stress-free and lovingly cared for in their own home while you’re away.

I’ll be providing dedicated care for cats and small to medium-sized dogs in Kenilworth and the surrounding areas, ensuring they stick to their routine, get plenty of attention, and feel safe and happy in familiar surroundings. Plus, I can keep an eye on your home while you're gone!

I’m fully insured, DBS checked, and hold an Advanced Pet First Aid qualification, so you can rest assured they’re in safe hands.

STABLE/FERAL HOME WANTED: COCOA

Cocoa is a beautiful torby girl with a slightly unusual story. She was born two years ago in a feral colony where she was befriended as a kitten by a volunteer who regularly fed her alongside the other residents of the colony. This means that from an early age she was used to people being around and is not at all aggressive, but is still a feral cat at heart and will not tolerate being touched or having anyone too close to her. After living in the colony for two years, Cocoa was trapped and brought into the care of Cats Protection in January as she had a litter of kittens and there was concern for their welfare.

She has settled fairly well in her foster home and is relaxed indoors as long as none of her foster family come too close, but we suspect that she will never be really comfortable as a pet in someone’s home and would do better as a farm or stables cat. We are looking for somewhere safe for her to live where she will be fed and have a warm place to sleep whilst helping to control the local rodent population.

HOMED: we are thrilled to update you with news of this week's furry homings here in Mid-Warwickshire 🙂

We are celebrating 5 cats leaving our care, ready to start new lives in their forever homes. Wishing lots of luck and best wishes to Bobby, Teddy, Orla and the duo of Forest & Sooty 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
