The Stop Start and Turn Around Technique can significantly reduce pulling in dogs. But always remember that the walk starts at home. Always teach your dog good impulse control when leaving the home and start the walk calmly without any added excitement.

Hurcott Pool and Wood
Kidderminster

A beautiful local nature reserve incorporating the largest area of SSSI wet woodland in the county. Various types of woodland, ranging from planted areas through to beautiful Chestnut groves. There is also a series of pools on site attracting birdlife. The soft sandy soil within the reserve has meant that erosion has become an issue especially around the main entrance area; which has lead to areas needing reinforcement with low fences. Because of the risk of erosion, cycling and horse riding is not permitted.
