Cancellation policy‼️‼️

At The Puppy Loft I am a one on one salon. Therefore i can only have one pet in at one time. Unfortunately this means I have to put a cancellation policy in place.

With only me working in the salon I can only depend on myself, which means I have to ask for 50% of your appointment if it is cancelled in less than 48hr as this provides me less time to get another booking.

Being self employed comes with responsibilities and I just can’t afford to be cancelled on last minute.

Failure to pay the 50% cancellation fee, will unfortunately result In not being re booked, And may also be asked to pay an upfront deposit upon the booking of your next appointment.
