When you think your dog’s coat is fine… until you start drying 😬

I’m not judging anyone, I just want to help you avoid this 🙌

There are many reasons mats like this can happen:
🐾 New puppy owners and lack of experience
🪮 Using the wrong brush or tools
🙈 Wrong brushing technique
🚿 Bathing but not brushing through after
✂️ No regular visits to the groomer or brushing at home

Regular brushing and professional grooming
make a huge difference and your dog
will thank you for it ❤️ 🐾

Can you believe it’s his very first groom ever? 💕
He’s only 6 months old and did amazing! 🐾
I made sure his first experience was calm and positive with plenty of treats, little breaks, cuddles and time to explore my van 🥰
He even jumped on the table all by himself (with some tasty motivation of course 😋).
No pressure, just patience, trust and rewards ❤️

If your pup needs a gentle start too, I’d love to help them feel safe and confident during their first groom 💛🐶

It’s not just about beauty — it’s about health too 🐾✨
Every time I groom your pup, I’m not only brushing, bathing, and styling… I’m checking.

🔹 Checking the skin for irritation, dryness, lumps, bumps, or parasites like fleas and ticks.
🔹 Checking the ears for redness, wax build-up, or signs of infection.
🔹 Checking eyes for discharge or cloudiness.
🔹 Checking teeth and gums for tartar or bad odour.
🔹 Checking nails, pads, and coat condition for any changes.

Because dogs can’t tell us when something feels wrong but as a professional groomer, I’m trained to notice the small things before they turn into bigger problems.

So yes, they leave looking gorgeous… but also healthier and happier 🫶🐶
