Unfortunately came to a very unceremonious end due to my car accident a few weeks ago. But that’s us nai, officially packed up and away. Thank you again to every customer that crossed the door, you will forever be in this chapter of my life story. It’s been a privilege. I’d have been lost without reassure, guidance, and friendship has been I valuable. So that’s all it for now, until I get bored with life and come up with another idea I want to explore 🐾 💜 😢

🚩Important information

🐾 After nearly 3 years, Howlin & Woof will be closing its doors 😞

🐾 Many clients know I also work as a community dental nurse and as opportunities to further my career keep presenting themselves, I feel I don’t have the time to give H&W the attention it needs and deserves.

🐾 This is a very hard decision to come to as I’ve been so blessed with such amazing clients. I cannot even begin to deal with realising I’ll not get to see all your pups on a weekly basis 😢 Thank you to all my clients, those with me from day one and those quite new. You helped make a dream come true for me and I am forever grateful.

🐾 Few other thanks that I need to say. To Tanya at I met Tanya about 4/5 years ago when I was exploring the world of dog grooming. She has been a great resource for advice and a laugh when needed.

🐾 And of course at The Groomer. I’ve been working along side Tracey now a few years and she has been a mentor confidant and friend. The friendships with Tracey and Jackie I’ve established make this decision even harder.

🐾 All appointments already made up to September 16 will be unaffected, no appointments will be made after this date. If your pup is due to be groomed please get in touch asap to make an appointment. If you would like any suggestions on new groomers please let me know and I will do my best to pass on details.

Hey everyone!

Few things this week since it’s going to be mental in salon.

📍Please be on time for your appointments
📍cash & card payments
📍no more than two dogs in salon reception at anytime
📍remember back car park is for quick drop off or collection, DO NOT park in the spaces.
📍 we will be in salon from 9am if anyone wants to drop off slightly earlier for morning appts only.
📍 remember we need 48hrs notice if you need to cancel your appt otherwise we may need to charge. Same goes for ‘no shows’

And finally
📍Please be on time for collection of your dog/s we will not have space to hold them after given collection time and therefore will charge a sitting fee if your late ⏰

I understand life gets busy, people makes mistakes and sometimes appointments are forgotten.

For my existing clients, I will be happy to accommodate and make arrangements when this happens

Unfortunately when a new prospective clients misses their very first appointment without notice, I am unable to offer a new one.

If you find this to be rude, my apologies but expenses are too high to risk taking on repeat no shows. Missed appointments cost money and in the interest of my clients and maintaining my current pricing structure this is the policy
