Welcome to Scruffy 2 Fluffy Dog Grooming Service

We are a dog grooming salon based in the industrial estate behind Dunelm Mill on Tannock Street in Kilmarnock. We also now stock a wide range of doggy products and supplies, including: Antos Natural Antlers, Olive Branches, collars, leads, grooming products and our own brand natural dog treats and chews. *Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice is required when cancelling appointments. Although if you know before this the more notice we have the better. Last minute cancellations and no show appointments incur a fee of the full price of the appointment. Customers are agreeing to this policy when booking with us.*

Directions to find us: if you pass Dunelm on your right hand side you follow the road to the end where you turn right at the junction onto Burnside Street and then first right. We are located within Busbie Business Centre on Tannock Street.

For your groom your dog will have a warm bath with a double wash in our luxury deshedding shampoo, blasted dry and brushed out (de-shed) with the brush that suits their coat type, nails clipped, ears cleaned out and to finish off your they will get a sprits of fragrance spray and beautiful bandana. Your dog will leave the salon: looking fab, feeling silky soft, smelling awesome and feeling great🎀

We have to do this at times to ensure our loyal existing clients are able to get appointments when they need them🐶

•The vast majority of our clients are booked in on a rolling schedule with at least one appointment in advance made. This is the best way to; get the appointment date/time you prefer & to keep your dog’s coat in the best condition possible.

(Saturday clients: Our Saturdays fill up particularly far in advance so booking a couple of appointments in advance is recommended)

As of tomorrow we will be open in the new salon🥂

How to find us?
•Address: Unit 2, Busbie Business Centre, Tannock Street, KA1 4DN

•Although this is a new street address, it is actually only 4 doors along from the old shop. If you’re looking at the old shop just head 30 metres to your left and you’ll find us now😅

How to access us?

•You can either come in the old Holmquarry Road entrance or you can access the new shop via our gate on Tannock Street.

Over the next couple of weeks we’ll be posting about all of the new features in our new salon and how they are beneficial to the Scruffy’s pack🐶

Welcome to Scruffy 2 Fluffy Dog Bathing & Grooming Services.

We are a dog grooming salon located in the industrial estate behind Dunelm Mill in Kilmarnock. We offer all grooming services and also rent out tables to two other self-employed groomers, who work within the salon under their own business names.

We offer dog bathing, clipping, trimming, nail clipping, de-matting, eye and ear cleaning amongst other pet services. We also offer personalised pet bandanas made to order, as well as a stock of handmade bandanas in stock. I have 6 years of experience working in dog groomers and am fully insured. OPEN FLEXIBLE HOURS - INCLUDING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS! -NOW ACCEPTING CARD PAYMENTS- *Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice is required when cancelling appointments. Although if you know before this the more notice we have the better. Last minute cancellations and no show appointments incur a fee of 50% of a full price appointment. Customers are agreeing to this policy when booking with us.* Directions to find us: if you pass Dunelm Mill on your right hand side we are the next gate on the right. We are in the inductrial estate with KMR Recycling and we are below Underground Fitness. Our shop is accessed up a lane between Underground Fitness and VPS (you are able to drive through there and round the back to our door).
