I've had a few messages recently asking if I have any rats available. I've not at the moment - when I have any available I firstly post on my homing group (people who have completed an application form and been approved). Then I will post on here if there are any left after that. I do not breed a lot so don't have rats available all the time. To put it in perspective, I only had one litter in 2024 which had 5 kittens, and I kept all five so homed out none in 2024. I am planning to have more litters this year (I wanted more last year lol) but it's ultimately something out of my control. Plus, I am not breeding to make pets for people to fulfil my waiting list. I breed for myself as a hobby and the ones I can't keep I home out for pets. My rats aren't machines to pump out pets!

I also won't home out to anyone who has not filled out an application form (applications are currently closed).

🆘RESCUE HELP NEEDED🆘

There's a few rats in Hull who need some help. Due to a missexing, there are bucks, does, babies and pregnant females who need new homes. Unfortunately I cannot help as I am currently living with my parents outside of Hull! If anyone can help please let me know and I can pass on details.

UPDATE: we organised for the rats to be picked up Monday and to go to various homes but unfortunately the owner has sold them all to a 'rescue' before we had a chance to pick them up. Thank you all for offering to help, it just shows how great the rat fancy is ❤️

Bradford Champs results!

I entered all my Russian Blues as they were a total accident/surprise and I had no idea if they were any good. So I wanted to see what feedback I would get for them, and wasn't really expecting much at all!

Hank the Russian Blue Dumbo won 1st in Russian Dumbo Adult and 3rd in the Dumbo Adult Challenge. He now has 3 stars

Bobby & Boomhaur the Russian Blue Dumbo Rexes won 2nd and 3rd in Rex Dumbo Adult.

Feedback was really helpful to me as well 😊

For my birthday my husband bought me a surprise box from A Rat’s Tail !! I love getting treated to one as the toys are so well made and my rats love them too. I am loving the two hammocks as well, so cute 🥰

Scawsby Nov 2024

I brought 4 rats to the show and they all placed but it was Twin Squeaks Jay who got all the ribbons!

Best Dumbo, Best Novice, Best Adult Owned Buck and Best Adult Owned Pet!

I'm pretty pleased considering I've just had a litter from him, so it means hopefully his babies will grow up to be nice rats too 😁

Two rats in Hull are looking for a home! Please read below what their owner says about them. If you think you can offer them a home let me know and I can put you in touch.

Both aged 1 year and 4 months

One - Miggy - He is a white rat with red eyes, very friendly, not overly keen on being held but no aggression ever shown. Known to be sneezy and needs antihistamines but other than that no health conditions

Two - Mo - He is a white and grey rat, very friendly and mischievous. Likes being held. No aggressive behaviour. Known to be sneezy and needs antihistamines but no other health issues.

Based in Hull. Can travel for the right home!

Can come with cage and all accessories.

I just want a loving home for my two wonderful boys I wish I had more time for them but it is unfair not having that time anymore.
