Unfortunately in hot conditions, it is easy for dogs to develop heatstroke. Your dogs welfare is my priority, and so I will not walk any dogs if deemed unsafe. This will be agreed upon with the owners prior to any scheduled walks.

In the warmer weather, it's important to take into consideration the welfare of our pups when out on walks ☀️🐾 . When the temperature reaches the 20°c's, dogs are at risk of heatstroke.

✅️ Try walking in shaded areas.
✅️ Carry fresh water that you can offer to the dogs.
✅️ Allow dogs to cool off and swim in safe water sources.
✅️ Factor in the cloud / wind on the day.

Alternatively I offer a pet visit in the dogs home instead of a walk, where they can enjoy enrichment activities and playtime in a cooler environment 🏠
