Dogs in training..!

It really was puppy Friday yesterday. Managed to squeeze in a visit to this absolutely beauty Opal.

Dogs in training...!

The second half of the B cohort today and she did brilliantly. Focusing on confidence around the handler initially off lead then gradually reintroduced the lead to get some nice relaxed lead walking.

Really enjoyed the progress made during this session.

So I've just had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful 10 week old Rottweiler ziko.

Full of beans as you'd expect!

Unfortunately my old boy Pinto had an episode last night and is off his legs. No appetite and unable to get himself up.

Another trip to the vets earlier and back home now thankfully.

Stressful times as he approaches his 13th year .

Excellent 1-1 session with Ava while her sister recovers at home.

Ava loves to search for a Gundog dummy thrown in the undergrowth and sprints back at full speed pleased as punch!

The beautiful Georgia, recall practice with distractions of other dogs in the park and some heelwork.

All followed by a game of tug.

Dogs in training!

Pleased to welcome the 'B' cohort. Buddy the Cockerpoo and Bonnie the Border Collie.

Lots to work on with both dogs and their owners. Buddy was excellent today during his first session.

I'm sure Bonnie will maintain that standard on Friday.

Taken the old boy to the beach. Starting to struggle a lot before he turns 13 in a few weeks.

Nothing better than rolling around in the sand for this boy

Things I do with my dogs continued...

Two medicated baths a week for the old boy to soothe his skin irritation and sores.

Not sure Rosie is much help in this scenario!
