When you can’t sleep, just get up and start crafting 😅
Was awake for over 30 hours as unable to sleep... finally went to bed... in the space of 1 1/2 hours I woke up 3 times...
👁👄👁
After laying in bed for 3 more hours, I gave up and came downstairs to do some work.
The joys of chronic illnesses 🙃
Got 10 x basic 5ft leads at the back.
3 different collar size drafts at the front (measurements and overlay space written out so I can duplicate easily).
Then a draft of a fabric martingale collar!
All of these will be going to to use on the rescue dogs they have!
I’ll be making more of the collars (probably a total of 15-20, haven’t checked yet).
These are very basic leads and collars, but they break regularly or get chewed off by other dogs. Expensive or pretty collars is kind of pointless until they’re at their forever home unfortunately 😅
Here’s to a busy day tomorrow, no sewing tonight, doggos and humans are sleeping 😴 all except me that is 😏

It’s been a busy few weeks for me!

I’ve recently transported two rescue dogs (photos to follow another day) which involved a 350 mile round trip with several stops in between plus waiting for the transporter to arrive at the location. My lovely friend Luisa helped as it would be a stressful day to do solo 🙈
As well as the two rescues we picked up we also had my assistance dog Po with us. He was safely clipped into the back seat and the rescues got the secure boot space!
After dropping them off at their new homes I went home myself only to end up on a 1hr detour as they closed the roads at night for repairs 🙈
Then I had a hospital appointment today for a heart monitor to be fitted 🙈 Again Po attended.
Then a quick shop stop to collect some essentials for a new product I’ll be realising! 😍

The only ones that are not recyclable are the ones that come prepackaged such as the training treats or the sticks.

Well it’s not dog treat related but meet Graceling aka Tim as my friends call him.
Graceling is my Crested Gecko who recently got a tank upgrade! It’s been overdue so over the weekend I’ve been working on it!! Safe to say he likes his new tank, settled straight away and was eating that same night 😍

THE WEBSITE IS LIVE!!

Plus the house is almost done! 🙌

All the windows and doors are finally in. Although the front door has dents so the man is going to replace the inner frame.
He still has to do the finishing touches around the frames but hopefully tomorrow he’ll be finished and I can get back into my work space 🙈.

That’s 2 doors and 9 windows. Turns out our house wasn’t made well. The bricks tried to fall out from above the window frame as there was no support there.

But I’ve been building more product lists, thinking up new product ideas, finishing up the website, writing blog entries and more!

So new items to come in store as soon as I can take photos in my work space 🙈 anyone like rabbit ears for their dogs? 😉

So..... this is what’s happening at my house 😂
All the windows are getting replaced as well as the front and back door. The old ones were an impressive 24 years old 😱

A few complications have turned a 2 day job into a 5-6 day job (7-8 including the weekend). Plus potentially a few other repair jobs they’ve spotted on the roof.

We currently don’t have windowsills as you can see 😂 and all our plants have had to come off, so they’re currently occupying my work space 👀

So this is a big apology if I’m slow with answers and questions.

We have three dogs in this house and with builders coming and going I have to make sure we don’t get an escapee as well as making sure the dogs are safe around the power tools 🙈
