Hello 👋🏼 I really hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🥳
This year I’m taking bulk bookings. Some customers did this last year and it worked very well. If you’d like to do this il be working through my diary over the weekend so just send me a message. I’m back to work on the 7th ♥️🐾 can’t wait to see all your pups again 🥰

I have an appointment available on Friday morning at 9am (small/medium size dogs only) message me if you’d like it!

Also- I have changed your text message reminders to come in 2 days before your appointment. (Was 24 hours) This is to avoid cancellation within 24 hours as it’s not enough time for me to fill your spot. Hopefully this can stop last minute cancellation and no shows! Any cancellation within 24hrs will be charged going forward.

Hello all,

As we get into the busiest time of year I just wanted to share a few points.

PAYMENTS
From today 21/10/24 any payment made by bank transfer will be expected before picking up or I will need a card payment. (This just stops me having to chase for payments)

I will be using my policy when it comes to late cancellations or no shows. I have had this policy for over 4 years but been rubbish at sticking to it. I can’t afford to miss out anymore and I’m sure you all understand. You can re read my policy here:

I am not always available to take phone calls. Due to being 1-2-1 I am unable to give my 100% attention to your dogs during grooming sessions if I am constantly picking up the phone which is why I ask for emails or text/WhatsApp messages only. I will get back to you by the end of the day.

What a busy summer we have had! Can’t believe how fast it’s flown by.
I have a few updates:

🐾September is pretty much full and October is also getting there. I am away from 26th September-8th October.

🐾Don’t mind me mentioning CHRISTMAS!! (Woo big Christmas lover here🎄🤪🎅🏼)
December appointment are filling up, (no more available on the Saturdays sorry)! So if you have more then one dog, or are on a schedule, it might be worth just booking till the end of the year now. First come first served.🎄

🐾My phone. I really struggle to juggle washing dogs, drying dogs and pick up the phone. With it ringing so much recently, I ask if you can, send me a text/email/WhatsApp and I will get back to you usually before the end of the day.

A little post to introduce Tia and Jess!

Some of you may have noticed I’ve had some extra help since September last year.

Tia is my sister, she has been working with me part time. She has her own springer spaniel called Arlo. She’s loved getting to know your dogs, some a bit much (she wants to take them all home) 🫶🏼

Jess has been doing work experience with me and is now working here extra days through the holidays for a bit of spending money. She’s loves dogs and has her own border terrier at home called Barney which she can now groom all by herself! 🛁✂️
