Today is world mental health day.

For many people around the world mental health is improved by owning or being around a companion pet/dog.

The benefits can include -

Encourage you to get outside and exercise more.

Encourage you to talk to other pet owners.

Companionship.

Ease anxiety, depression and loneliness.

Our pets are great listeners.

The list goes on and on.

Of course choosing the right pet/breed is crucial. We need to ensure we can meet their many needs, their mental health is just as important. ❤️🐶🐱
