Friday Fun Fact 🐎

A horse’s neck contains around one third of the horse’s total spine, made up of seven cervical vertebrae, just like humans! Despite their long necks, horses and humans have the same number of neck bones, it’s just that the horse’s are much larger and more elongated to support grazing, balance, and communication.

Walking your horse over a series of poles (set at a distance of 0.7-1m apart) is good for:
✅ Improving rhythm
✅ Strength
✅ Control
✅ Developing back rotation
✅ Lateral flexion

Walk poles can also help stop jogging or an irregular or lateral walk.

Congratulations to Betty Baker Eventing piloting her homebred mare Azera round the CCI1* at Osberton last weekend. Looking fab Betty!

Looks like Azera has earnt her treatment this Friday 👌🏻

It was nice to finally be back out eventing finishing with a Super week at Osberton, after a very excitable dressage our homebred HFM Supernova redeemed herself with an easy double clear in her first international 🤩
